Michael earned his J.D. from The Widener University School of Law, during which time he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Timothy Savage of the U.S. District Court. He earned his B.B.A from Hofstra University in 2002. Prior to founding the Mandale Law Firm, Michael worked as an Associate at an established multi-practice law firm in Philadelphia. He worked on a variety of matters ranging from international to individual litigation. Specifically, Michael gained direct tax litigation experience through his work with individuals, businesses, and elected officials concerning their tax controversies. As Partner at the Mandale Law Firm, Michael brings his broad experience in tax problem resolution and applies it to aggressively advocate for his client taxpayers. His experience includes resolving IRS, state, and local tax matters including negotiating offers in compromise, removing tax liens and levies, preventing wage garnishments, resolving payroll and bankruptcy taxes, and reducing penalties and interest owed. He applies the same care and growing expertise to each one of his clients at The Mandale Law Firm. Mr. Mandale is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvanian, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Michael also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia.
