Michael earned his J.D. from The Widener University School of Law, during which time he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Timothy Savage of the U.S. District Court. Prior to attending law school Michael earned his Bachelors in Business Administration from Hofstra University, where he studied the Computer Sciences and Business Computer Information Systems. Prior to founding the Mandale Law Firm, Michael worked as an Associate at an established multi-practice law firm in Philadelphia. He worked on a variety of matters ranging from international to individual litigation. Specifically, Michael gained direct tax litigation experience through his work with individuals, businesses, and elected officials concerning their tax controversies. As Partner at the Mandale Law Firm, Michael brings his broad experience in tax problem resolution and applies it to aggressively advocate for his client taxpayers. His experience includes resolving IRS, state, and local tax matters including negotiating offers in compromise, removing tax liens and levies, preventing wage garnishments, resolving payroll and bankruptcy taxes, and reducing penalties and interest owed. He applies the same care and growing expertise to each one of his clients at The Mandale Law Firm. Mr. Mandale is admitted to practice before the IRS in all fifty states and is admitted to the bar of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, state of New Jersey. In addition, Michael is addmitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvanian, and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Michael also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates in Philadelphia, where he provides pro-bono legal services to abandoned or abused children. |

Kristofer earned his J.D. from The Widener University School of Law, during which time he served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the Philadelphia Torts Litigation Section. Kristofer completed his undergraduate studies at Kutztown University. Upon graduation from law school, Kristofer was associated with a well established multi-practice law firm in Philadelphia, where his practice focused on the areas of Real Estate, Wills and Trusts, and Immigration law. He worked on a variety of matters ranging from Estate document drafting to litigation of clouded real estate title issues. Immediately prior to co-founding the law firm of Mandale Kaufmann, Kristofer maintained a boutique practice which maintained his focus on representation of business' and individuals in need of legal counseling in the areas of Real Estate law, Wills and Trusts, and Immigration. As a Principal of Mandale Kaufmann, Kristofer brings his broad experience in transactional work and litigation experience while applying it to aggressively represent and negotiate on behalf of his individual and corporate clients. His experience includes representing national real estate developers in all facets of Real Estate law, whether he is drafting acquisition documents or litigating conveyances.
